With all the criticisms that have ripped through the 2012 season over New York Jets football coach Rex Ryan and his quarterback scenario, I thought this would be a bit of comic relief for any Jets fans that may be out there.

For those not up to speed, Ryan has been the Jets' coach for some time, and for 2012, there was the controversy as to who would start at QB: Mark Sanchez (veteran starter) or Tim Tebow (acquired from the Denver Broncos). Where Sanchez faltered, anyone else would have probably given Tebow a chance to start. Instead, a third QB, Greg McElroy (Who??) was given the nod.

When McElroy got injured, a still-struggling Sanchez got the starting job back, totally ignoring Tebow. Fans and media have been on Rex's back about the whole thing all season. Deservedly so? That's up to you to decide.

In fact, with his brash, bold, and trolling personality andhis pension for compesating for coaching inadequicies, he would be a good coach...................for the Oakland Raidehs. XD

 While the Raiders USED to be division rivals for my area (Seahawks were realigned for the NFC West in 2002), something tells me that I wouldn't wish it on them; he might wreck THEM, too!

From what I've read on the NFL Website, it seems that Rex Ryan said that he'd rather be fired, but to be honest, if he really wants out, then maybe he should just resign, because wanting to be fired doesn't seem like a very smart move. Although personally, I think they should have fired him in-season after that loss that eliminated them from playoffs contention this season.

PS: As for Tebow, I hear he's going to play for the Jaguars next season. And speaking of the Jaguars, there's a good chance they could fire their coach after only one season.

Wouldn't be the first time a team canned a coach after one year. In fact, I live in an area that did the same thing not too long ago, when the Seahawks went from Jim Mora, Jr. (2009) to Pete Carroll.
